What we store, and why

If you're a buyer

  • Your sign-in email, which is your account.
  • The tenders you create — line items, quantities and the suppliers you shortlist — and the quotes that come back on them.
  • Your WhatsApp number, only if you link it by messaging us from it. Typing a number into a form is never enough to connect one, and unlinking deletes the number outright.

If you're a supplier

  • Your business listing and contact details, held with a recorded consent basis — we don't send requests to suppliers who haven't agreed to be contacted.
  • The replies you send us, so they can be turned into quotes the buyer compares.
  • Your identity is withheld from suppliers. A request for quotes goes out under Vendoor's name; suppliers see your requirements, not who you are.
  • We don't sell your data, and there are no advertising networks anywhere in the product.
  • Deleting: delete a tender and it leaves your account. If you want your data removed entirely, write to help@vendoor.ae and we'll do it.

Terms

How the service works

  • What Vendoor does: we take your request to verified suppliers, chase the replies, and organise them into quotes you can compare — with a person checking every quote before it reaches you.
  • A quote is the supplier's own offer, not ours. Confirm the final details — delivery, availability, validity — with the supplier before you order.
  • You buy from the supplier, not from us. The purchase, delivery and payment happen directly between you and the supplier you choose; Vendoor is not a party to that contract.
  • Fair use, both ways. Suppliers spend real time pricing a tender, and buyers spend real trust on the quotes. Accounts that repeatedly waste either can be paused — after review by a person, never automatically.
  • Early access: the service is young and improving quickly, and is provided as-is while it grows.

Cookies

The shortest section, on purpose

We don't use tracking cookies. No analytics beacons, no advertising pixels, no third parties watching you browse.

What your browser does keep, in its own local storage: your light-or-dark theme choice, your saved-supplier list, an in-progress tender draft so you don't lose your work, and — if you sign in — the session that keeps you signed in. All of it stays on your machine and works for you, not for anyone else.
